A Bit More About Us

We founded The Dogs Din Dins because we are truly passionate about the benefits a raw food diet has on our furry friends. We only stock brands that we would be happy for our own pets to eat. Our aim is to provide a wide range of quality raw food which supports your pets health and happiness, in addition to being suitable for all sizes and activity levels from puppies to seniors and of course not forgetting our growing range for cats and kittens.

Our Story

  • Early Life

    Dogs have been my passion since I was a child. My Aunt bringing me home a little black Labrador x Whippet, for my 11th birthday. Named Beauty, she really lived up to her name and was the start of sharing my life with some incredible dogs.

  • Starting with Raw

    My Raw food journey started with one of my flatcoats, who had a compromised immune system. This lead me into researching diets and in turn, moving all of my dogs onto raw, the benefits of which was instantly apparent with their coats, skin, joints, overall health and well being having a noticeable improvement.

  • Sharing our Vision

    My aim is to provide a wide selection of the best quality raw food along with natural treats, all at affordable prices for every budget so other owners and pups alike can enjoy the same health benefits that we have.

Our Family

Alfie

Alfie was a Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He joined our family when the kids were 6 and 9. A wonderful dog brilliant with kids, other dogs and our cats.

He was Zuki's big brother, even if he was a lot smaller, and helped raise her whilst he had to deal with her nibbling his ears at any chance she got.

Zuki

Our first Flatcoat, 4th placed in the Windsor championship show (even with a "fault"), Special needs therapy dog, proud mother of eight beautiful puppies, expert tennis ball catcher, terrified of cats.

She sadly passed away in 2021 at a grand old age, for a Flatcoat, of 11 years old. Devastating the whole family and everyone who knew her. Her legacy lives on through her daughter Root.

Lula

Zuki's saviour and emotional support dog. The ying to Zuki's yang whilst Zuki was calm and laid back, Lula was cheeky and hyper in a world of her own. Lula made it to Crufts but decided herself that showing wasn't for her. Auntie to Zuki's litter always stepping in to clean the pups when she needed a break

Unfortunately she passed away suddenly in summer 2023 at the age of 9 which was equally heartbreaking to everyone but we like to think Zuki was waiting for her.

Root

The spitting image of her mother, Zuki, Root was the puppy of the eight that we unanimously decided to keep sharing the same laid back attitude as her mother as well as the same ridge down her nose.

Root is the reason we got into raw feeding as she was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at a year old compromising her immune system and causing endless allergies. Through feeding raw we have been able to manage her condition tremendously well, by narrowing down which proteins she can eat without reactions, whilst making sure she still gets all the nutrients she needs.

River

River is an English Pointer, we picked her up on the 1st January 2024. Another total nutcase and going through the piranha stage.

She will be in the shop making sure to get the most attention along with testing the treats!

    Francesco was always extremely accommodating to us, especially with set backs due to flooding because of the storms we had early on in 2024 and delays due to building works. Our flooring has ended up looking absolutely amazing.
